For larger or more complex sites, contact us and schedule a time (opens in new tab). Past 30 pages structure matters more than page count, so those are quoted individually. Our largest build so far is 265 pages.

Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a page?
Any distinct page with its own content: home, each service, about, contact, and so on. Privacy policy, terms, accessibility statement, and the sitemap never count. Blog posts never count either.
We have multiple locations. Does that cost more?
No. There are no per-location fees. Pricing is by site size only. Our PRO Physical Therapy build serves eight clinics on one site.
What does the monthly rate cover?
Hosting, SSL, security and software updates, backups, small content changes whenever you ask (no hourly billing for regular requests), and one professionally written blog post every month. We also run periodic accessibility, SEO, and AEO audits on your site and send you the findings. The rate increases 3% annually.
How does payment work?
The build fee is split in two: a deposit when you accept the proposal and the balance at go live. The monthly care plan starts when your site launches.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The care plan runs twelve months from go live, then continues month to month with 45 days' notice. Full details are in the service agreement you receive before anything is signed.
Who owns the site?
You do, from day one. It is built for you, not licensed to you. The twelve-month care plan covers building an asset you keep; after it, the site is fully yours with nothing owed. Want to leave sooner? Buy out the remaining months and pay a one-time $500 transfer fee, and you receive everything: the full code, the repository, and the hosting project. Nothing is held back. Keep us running it for as long as you like, or take it in-house or to another vendor. Your call, always.
What if we need more than 30 pages?
Schedule a call. Larger sites deserve a real conversation about structure and content before anyone quotes a number. Our largest build to date is a 265-page site for a New York house-call practice, so big is not a problem.
How fast can we launch?
Most sites go live within 2 weeks from our kickoff call, assuming timely feedback on the design and copy.
